Yo Gabba Gabba Birthday Party

June 12, 2014

I know I am a little late in posting these but I threw my son a Yo Gabba Gabba party for his 2nd birthday a couple weeks ago. We had a ton of fun. We held the party at Sugar Creek Baptist Church, they have an amazing indoor playground that you can rent out for parties. Considering we had Dominic’s 1st birthday party at our house, this birthday was incredibly easy and non stressful. :-) Hope you enjoy the pictures. We had a ton of friends and family show up. Dominic had a blast and got more gifts than I know what to do with.

I made the invitations myself, I cut out 5×7 rectangles using silver scrapbook paper and then printed out and cut the shapes of DJ Lance’s boom box.

I decided to keep it simple this year. The cake was the most amazing cake ever! It was so yummy. Big thank you to Carrie Made the Cake here in Houston. If you need a cake, she does an amazing job!

Here are the party favors. I just did squirt bottles and Beanie Babies. The Beanie Babies were a huge hit! I had trouble keeping them on the table for very long.

I did really simple food: pizza, fruit, cupcakes, cookies and cake. Viola!

Dominic loved that slide!

DJ Lance in the house!

Mom and dad really blew out the candles but that’s okay because I am pretty sure the guests did not want Dominic’s spit all over the cake.

Successful party! Birthday boy was exhausted :-) Happy Birthday baby!
